  • What is your reservation policy?

To secure a reservation, we require a credit or debit card on file. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. At the time of checkout, clients may select their preferred payment method.
  • How early should I book?

We advise booking your services as early as possible. Saturdays are particularly busy, so plan accordingly. For group bookings, we recommend scheduling a few weeks in advance to ensure all services can be coordinated simultaneously.
  • Do you take walk-ins?

We accommodate same-day appointments when available. Please contact us to inquire about current openings.
  • When do I need to arrive for my service?

We request that clients arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled service to complete a brief intake form. Arriving late or at the exact appointment time may result in a reduction of your service duration.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly request 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
  • What do I need to know regarding allergies?

If you have any known allergies to ingredients such as coconut oil, essential oils, or other products we use, please inform us in advance. This allows us to make necessary preparations for your visit.
  • What is you improper conduct policy?

We maintain a professional, safe, and comfortable environment for both clients and therapists. Proper draping is mandatory throughout all services. If you feel warm during a massage, please inform your therapist. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of improper sexual conduct, propositions, or harassment.
  • What is your confidentiality and privacy policy?

We respect our clients' right to privacy and confidentiality. All conversations with therapists and estheticians, as well as health history forms, are kept confidential. We do not share client or email lists with external companies.
